At Planet Nusa, we want you to love your community-driven sportswear; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt. All items must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all original tags are still attached and the items are in new condition.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal collection point.
Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
